YONI SHAKTI 50-hour course – Rediscovering the power of maternal wisdom

About this course
Woman, do you feel the call to reclaim your feminine power?
Do you feel the call to come home to your rested self? Do you feel the call to restore your rhythmic cycles of well-being? Do you feel the call to come home to your intuition and revitalise your embodied feminine essence? Do you feel the call to practise intuitive healing arts for female health and vitality?
Re-awaken your intuition and reclaim your vitality. Reconnect to the wellspring of deep intuitive knowing. Welcome wholeness and cyclical wisdom for yourself and others.
Our society overlooks and exploits the profound power of feminine energy. It’s time to reconnect and embrace your whole self. Experience how trusting your embodied wisdom can liberate vitality and health for you and those you serve.
The Yoni Shakti course is a nurturing and nourishing learning retreat where you are supported to advocate for intuition as a clear inner compass to guide you, and those you serve, back to wholeness and health. It is a profound exploration for personal and planetary well-being, held with love and nurture by our team.
Course content:
- Yoga Nidra: The yoga of sleep is a guided practice that facilitates conscious sacred rest and reconnection with your inner guidance and intuition.
- Yoni Shakti Yoga: Gentle, rhythmic movements and therapeutic yoga practices designed to harmonise your vital feminine energy.
- Ritual of Rematriation: Honour the Earth, ancestors, and Great Wisdom Goddesses to contribute to collective healing and justice with daily devotions through bhakti song and kirtan.
- Cyclical Wisdom: Align your practice with the rhythms of menstruation, menopause, and seasonal changes to foster harmony with the lunar and seasonal cycles.
- Sangha: Circle time allows for sharing, connection, and mutual support, enhancing your sense of belonging and collective healing.
Teaching method: This cyclical retreat is taught through stories, sharing and experiential learning by doing and by resting. We share wisdom through experiential anatomy, through small shakti circles and yoga nidra to recover your embodied wisdom, and through bhakti (devotion) to rediscover your heartfelt connection to the pulse of life.
Rhythm of the retreat: Daily themes dive into specific siddhis (powers) of the female body, teachings of the Mahavidyas (powerful wisdom goddesses) and the tools for reclaiming our liberation.
