Train in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga!
A unique training center in Bordeaux
Yoga Pop is a training center for teachers, therapists and individuals located in the city center of Bordeaux, a stone’s throw from Place du Palais. Our bright and relaxing studio, has all the necessary equipment (bricks, blankets, mats), allowing you to train in the best conditions possible.
The center offers training in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga, two gentle and deep practices. Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down and allows you to reach a modified state of consciousness, called “yogic sleep”. Yin Yoga consists of holding the positions (asanas) for long periods while working your breath and concentration.
The centre also offers the MBSR (Mindfulness Stress Reduction) program which was created by doctors over 30 years ago. They demonstrate the benefits of meditation to prevent chronic stress, anxiety, depression and overall improve our quality of life and health. The sessions are for everyone.
