  • What should I wear?

We recommend that you wear soft, comfortable, ideally close-fitting clothing. The studio is heated in winter, but you’re welcome to bring a sweater and a pair of socks for the relaxation postures at the end of the class, as well as for calmer classes such as Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra or meditation.

Yoga Pop is an ideal space for sharing and rejuvenating your body and mind. All that matters is that you feel comfortable!

  • Are there changing rooms?

Our yoga studio has a men’s changing room and a women’s changing room, where you can leave your personal belongings. During classes, the doors to the changing rooms are locked, so you can rest assured that your belongings will be safe while you take your class.

If you used to practice yoga before getting pregnant, you can join our classes and just tell the teacher about your situation, so they can suggest alternative options for certain postures.
