Philippe BEER-GABEL - Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Originally a musician and composer for over fifteen years, I discovered yoga in 2009, which became an important tool of personal development for me. I trained to become a yoga teacher after following The Artist’s Way, a cult book by Julia Cameron. I also went to Rishikesh, India and completed 200 hours Yoga Alliance training at Rishikul Yog Shala School in Hatha and Ashtanga. I was then fortunate enough to be able to train in Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark in Canada, then in Yoga Nidra with the wonderful Uma Dinsmore Tuli in Ireland. Now, I have the heart to teach these rare and valuable practices in France to allow everyone to explore their essence and deep interiority.

Lauren MAHAN VALLS - Vinyasa Surf & Skate, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Originally from California, Lauren discovered yoga at 16 and then pursued her studies in psychology and holistic health to gain a more global view of health and wellness. She certified in Hatha Yoga and meditation (MBSR) and has been strongly influenced by her travels, notably in Japan. Lauren is now a professor of Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Always benevolent and enthusiastic, she carries an infectious smile throughout the studio and is passionate about the personal development of each of her students!

Agathe BACOU - Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa

Agathe has practiced dance, tennis, running, hiking, cross fit and yoga to relieve stress, let off steam and push the limits of her body. After having experienced Hot Yoga, she finally turned to Vinyasa yoga, which allowed for more kindness towards the body as well as a calming of the mind. We move, we stretch, we breathe following the flow of energy brought by the group, without judgment or comparison. We test, we leave our comfort zone, we sometimes fall but we always laugh. She practiced intensively at Studio Gérard Arnaud to deepen certain aspects (alignment and anatomy) but also with Mathieu Boldron, Ola Jas and Coelia Pelletier, before leaving to train in India.

Lucie CHEA - Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga & Power Vinyasa

Lucie discovered yoga in Asia more than 10 years ago while working in the cosmetics industry. Its many benefits naturally encouraged her to invest more deeply in the practice of asanas and study the other branches of yoga. She then embarked on an apprenticeship which led her to follow training courses in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and Europe. Certified in Hatha Yoga by the International Yoga Academy and in SUP Yoga by the Academy of Surfing Instructors, Lucie has taught in Hong Kong, Morocco, Portugal and France. She gives a particular attention to alignment and the fluidity of movement in coordination with the breath. She is inspired by her personal practice, her teachers and the knowledge acquired in other disciplines which she likes such as surfing, windsurfing and running.

Déborah LE BOT - Hatha Yoga, Yoga des Hormines

I first went through medicine and then to osteopathy to better understand the inner workings of the human body. I then wanted to continue my path and learn the remedies and resources present in nature that help to reactivate the body, which led me to train in naturopathy. Driven by a genuine desire to understand unity, I finally went on to discover yoga. I am today a “human being” happy to be able to transmit, heal and guide my students towards more autonomy!

Vivien PRIDA - Hatha Yoga, De Gasquet & Vinyasa

After several years of practicing martial arts, I discovered yoga to help recover from a knee injury. Since then, it has taken an important place in my life, becoming a real art of daily living through a practice centered on listening to the body and its emotions. In 2017, I went to India for yoga teacher training(RYT200 Yoga Alliance) as well as training in Nutrition, Ayurvedic Massages and Active Osho Meditation. Very influenced by De Gasquet’s method and by my Iyengar yoga practice, I teach Hatha Yoga where I pay particular attention to alignment and anchoring. I favor soft and held poses, listening to the inner music and breath, allowing a real physical and emotional letting go. I am currently training as a Sophrologist (IFS Catherine Aliotta Institute) to deepen my knowledge on the importance of physical and mental relaxation and the development of its potential and capacities.

Anne Solène FALAISE - Ashtanga Yoga & Yin Yoga

Yoga is a powerful technique that leads me every day through my inner quest. I developed body awareness at a very early age through intensive dance practice. Fascinated by the relationship between the body and emotions, or "how we feel what we experience", I found my voice of expression through contemporary dance, which is a powerful way to express the emotions that run through us. Like everyone else, my personal journey has taken me through times of deep anxiety, weight problems and existential questions about my purpose in life. Then came the time for Resilience, and Yoga was there to show me the way, which I've been following with passion and enthusiasm ever since. For me, being able to share and teach Yoga is a powerful way to practice Gratitude.

Florine PROFILI - Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Stressed by nature and having suffered an amnesic trauma, I started looking for ways to soothe my inner anxiety at an early age. My stress was so profound it gave me health problems. At the age of 18, I became interested in personal development, and by the age of 24 I was enrolling in Iyengar yoga sessions and starting to practice meditation and yoga on a daily basis. I've been practicing magnetism for 10 years, and over the years I've trained in different methods to help transform and harmonize the whole being (physical, emotional, psychological, energetic...).  

I have trained in Magnetism, Jin Shin Jutsu, NLP, Hypnosis, EFT, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, prenatal and postnatal Yoga, Yoga for children, Yin Yoga, Informational Practice, Rebozo Ritual, Sonotherapy (Gongs and Tibetan Bowls).

After gathering all that experience and knowledge, I set up my own business in 2020 to teach meditation, relaxation and yoga classes, and provide individual energy and sound therapy sessions. I help people realize their full potential through rituals such as the Rebozo ritual, retreats, shamanic workshops, group or individual personal development coaching to find their path in life and what makes them tick.

I'm passionate about working with sound and vibration. That's why I make daily use of my voice and instruments such as drums, gongs, Tibetan bowls, a Jew's-harp, a harmonium and other intuitive instruments (crystal bowls, koshis, kalimba, tongue drums, etc.).

Emilie GOODING - Vinyasa & Yin Yoga

With degrees in music and Cuban & Afro-Cuban dance, I have always been fascinated by movement and the expression of body and mind. I discovered yoga about ten years ago and am now a Reiki Master Practitioner. I discovered Yoga Vinyasa in 2016 in Paris with teachers from all backgrounds and all nationalities. I trained with Gemma Vassallo and Tatiana Bourru (Earth Fly to Yoga 200H) and now offer Flow Vinyasa classes in Bordeaux and the surrounding area. I also offer in partnership YogaSurfCamp stays in Gironde as well as yoga and sophrology workshops for women suffering from endometriosis.

Anaïs BULTEZ - Rocket Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga

Anaïs started yoga at a time when she wanted to bring more mental well-being and balance to her daily life. She quickly fell in love with the philosophy, its physical and psychological benefits, and the reconnection with herself it brought. She tried out different teachings (ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha, rocket, hot, fly...) and wishing to continue learning, discovering new aspects and going deeper, she decided to complete a 200H training course in Hatha Vinyasa in Brussels. That’s when her love for teaching became obvious. She then trained in Rocket Yoga in Madrid and Barcelona, with David Kyle, an expert in that type of yoga. Anaïs' classes are adapted to everyone, from beginners to the most advanced; she loves moving to music, experimenting with transitions and challenging herself. Either way, expect to sweat with a smile =)

Lucie RAMIN - Vinyasa et Hatha Yoga

Lucie discovered yoga while studying literature. Having grown up in a family where meditation and martial arts played an important role, it was only natural that this discipline of connecting body and mind should enter her life. She continued to practice when she moved to England, then to Montreal, where she began working in communications. Parallel to her career, she studied different styles of yoga on extended trips to New Zealand, Bali and Mexico. Keen to go further, in 2020 she traveled to India to train and obtain her RYT 200h certification in Vinyasa and Hatha. In 2022, she took a Yin training course with Philippe Beer-Gabel and trained in sound healing in Mexico, before returning to India in 2023 for a 300h Vinyasa training course. Now based in Bordeaux, she teaches fluid yoga, where spirituality is achieved through the awareness of breathing, movement and bodily sensations, with traditional discipline and alignment.

Louise DUPRE - Vinyasa et Hatha Yoga

Originally a contemporary dancer, I've always had a passion for movement and bodily expression. I discovered yoga in Brighton, England, at a time when it was difficult for me to listen to and understand my body. Over the years, practising yoga has given me the keys to developing more kindness towards myself and succeeding in calming my (over)powerful mind. In my opinion, yoga is the adventure of a lifetime, helping us to accept who we are and who we are becoming. It's about learning to listen to our inner voice, the one that knows exactly what we really need.

Trained in Bordeaux at YogaPop in Hatha/Vinyasa, then in India in Vinyasa/Ashtanga, my practices are engaging and lead to greater fluidity in the body. You experiment, fall down and start again, all to the rhythm of your breathing. My teaching is always inspired by dance, to seek out and build different forms of movement in the body. Dynamic and almost choreographic, my sessions are always done with a smile!
